An AI sales agent that calls every lead, in seconds.
A voice agent phones the people who asked to hear from you, holds a genuine back-and-forth conversation, answers objections, qualifies, and moves them toward the sale. Then it emails the recap and works the follow-up sequence — without anyone picking up a phone.
It calls people who opted in · not cold lists · why that matters
What the call agent does on a live sales call.
Not a phone tree and not a recorded message. It listens, it responds to what was actually said, and it keeps the thread going after the call ends.
Calls within seconds
A form submission triggers the call immediately, while the person is still at their desk and still interested.
Holds a real conversation
It interrupts, backtracks and answers follow-up questions the way a person does — not a fixed script read top to bottom.
Qualifies against your criteria
Budget, timeline, fit, decision-maker — whatever you actually screen on, captured as structured fields rather than a wall of notes. It is lead scoring done in conversation instead of guessed from a form.
Handles the usual objections
Price, timing, "send me something", "I need to ask my partner". Trained on your real answers, not generic sales patter.
Books the meeting or takes the next step
Straight into your calendar with the slot confirmed on the call, so nothing depends on the lead remembering to act.
Emails the recap, unprompted
Within minutes: what was discussed, what was agreed, and whatever they asked you to send. Personal, not a template blast.
Works the follow-up
No answer, "call me next week", went quiet after the email — each gets its own sequence, on its own schedule, until there is a yes or a no. Proper lead nurturing, run without anyone remembering to do it.
Hands the transcript to you
Every call recorded and transcribed into your CRM, so your team sees exactly what was promised before they pick it up.
It reaches them while they still care.
A lead who filled in your form two minutes ago is a different person from the one you call on Thursday. They remember what they wanted, they have the tab open, and they are willing to talk about it.
That window is short, and it does not care whether your team is at lunch, asleep, or already on another call. This one picks up the moment the form does — which is the whole argument behind speed to lead.
How the AI call agent works, start to finish.
The same loop runs whether you get three leads a day or three hundred, at 3am as readily as at 3pm.
The lead arrives
A form, an ad, a landing page. The moment it lands — with consent on file — the agent dials.
The conversation
It introduces itself honestly, asks what they need, answers what they ask, works the objections and aims at the next step.
The handoff
Qualified fields and a full transcript into your CRM. A booked slot in your calendar. A recap email in their inbox.
The follow-up
Anyone who did not answer or did not decide enters a sequence — calls and emails — until they convert or opt out.
Consent first: outbound AI calls and the TCPA.
It is not a cold-call robot, and we will not build you one. In February 2024 the FCC confirmed that an AI-generated voice counts as an "artificial or prerecorded voice" under the US TCPA. That puts statutory damages at $500 per call, trebled to $1,500 where a violation is found to be willful — per call, not per campaign.
So consent is part of the build, not an afterthought. We set up the disclosure wording on your lead forms, make sure the agent identifies itself as AI at the start of every call, honour opt-outs immediately, and keep the records that show consent existed.
This is not legal advice, and outbound AI calling is one of the most heavily litigated areas of US consumer law. Have your own attorney approve the consent wording before the first call goes out. If you came here wanting to dial a purchased list, we are the wrong people.
Is this right for you?
Built for you if…
- You generate inbound leads that consent to being contacted by phone.
- Leads go cold because nobody calls them fast enough, or at all.
- Your sales conversation is repeatable — the same questions come up every time.
- Follow-up is where deals quietly die in your pipeline.
Not a fit if…
- You want to call a bought list or anyone who has not opted in.
- You want the AI to pretend to be a human. It says what it is, every time.
- Your sale is a long consultative process where every call is genuinely different.
- You have no lead flow yet. Nothing to call means nothing to automate — start with lead generation.
Priced on volume, not per seat.
Running cost is driven by three things: how many calls you make, how long they last, and which countries you dial. Telephony is the part that varies most — a US mobile is fractions of a cent per minute, while some South Asian mobiles run 15–20× that. We size it against your real lead volume and destinations on the call, rather than quoting a number that cannot survive contact with your numbers.
Questions, answered.
Yes, at the start of every call, and we will not build it otherwise. Beyond being the right thing to do, several jurisdictions require bot disclosure, and a lead who discovers mid-call that they were misled is lost anyway.
A conversation. It handles interruptions, follows tangents and answers the question actually asked rather than the one it expected. What it will not do is improvise facts — it works from your real pricing and your real answers, and when it does not know something it says so and routes to a human.
They enter a retry sequence with sensible spacing and time-of-day rules, plus an email so there is a reason to call back. It can leave a voicemail on the first miss if you want one, in its own voice, saying who it is. If they stay unreachable after the sequence they are marked as such rather than dialled forever.
For US numbers, effectively yes. The FCC treats AI voices as "artificial voice" under the TCPA, and telemarketing calls to mobiles need prior express written consent. We build the consent capture into your lead forms as part of the setup. Other countries have their own rules, and your attorney should sign off on the wording.
Most, but not all — and the platform matters. Some voice providers enforce a country allowlist that no amount of configuration gets around, so the right stack depends on where your leads actually are. Tell us the destinations on the call and we will confirm what is reachable before anything is built.
No — it replaces the part of the job nobody wants: dialling everyone in the first five minutes, and chasing people for the fourth time. Your team gets the conversations that are worth having, with the transcript already read.
Your CRM and your accounts. Recordings, transcripts, qualification fields and email threads are yours, and they stay yours if we part ways.
It depends on how settled your sales conversation is and how quickly the consent wording clears review. We will give you a real timeline on the call once we have seen your lead flow — not a number picked to sound good.
Let it call your next lead.
Tell us where your leads come from and what a good call sounds like. We will tell you honestly whether this fits — and what it would cost to run at your volume.
