What happens after the first year.
Everyone asks, so here it is up front. The $99 covers your build plus 12 months of domain and hosting. After that, those two keep costing money — they always do, with anyone.
Domain renewal: around $15/year, paid to the registrar — in your name, so you can pay it directly and we never touch it.
Hosting renewal: $49/year if you stay with us, which keeps the site online and backed up.
Or don't renew with us at all. Take the files, point the domain somewhere else, and go. We'd rather you stayed because the site works than because leaving was made difficult.

It's $99 for the package described above, paid once. The only things that cost more are the four items listed under "costs extra" in the pricing table — and we quote those before you pay anything, not after the work has started.
Yes. We register it with you as the owner and the administrative contact, using your details and your email. If you ever want to move it, you can — you don't need our permission and you don't need to ask us for anything.
The domain renews at around $15/year, paid directly to the registrar. Hosting is $49/year if you stay with us. Nothing else. If you'd rather host it elsewhere, ask for the files and move it — there's no exit fee and no notice period.
About five working days from the day you pay, assuming you get us your text, logo and images reasonably promptly. The usual cause of delay is waiting on content from you, not the build.
Payoneer, Wise or direct bank transfer. You get an invoice before you pay and a receipt after. If none of those work where you are, tell us on the call and we'll find something that does.
Small text and image changes, yes — we'll show you how on a short call at handover. If you'd rather not touch it, send us the change and we'll do it; small edits are free in the first year.
No, and anyone promising that at this price is lying to you. A brand-new site with no history ranks for very little at first. What we do is make sure nothing on the site is stopping Google — correct titles, a working sitemap, a robots file that allows crawling, and fast pages. Ranking for competitive terms is a separate, longer, more expensive piece of work.
You get two rounds of changes, which is normally plenty for a five-page site. If after the first draft you genuinely think it's the wrong direction, tell us early rather than at the end — that's when it's cheap to fix.
